What was the highlight of Comfort Inn - Kings Cross
Building was air-conditioned. Although we were on the top floor with no elevator the staff was kind enough to carry our heavy luggage. My issue with using the stairs is i was recently unwell and walking the stairs was a struggle. We also like that the room and bath room was “larger” than any of the other 2 properties we stayed on on UK vacation.

What was the highlight of Comfort Inn - Kings Cross
Cleanliness was second-to-none! The room and hotel in general was spotless! The location is so convenient - and safe! The coffee/tea/biscuit compliments were excellent. The tv had radio channels as it was properly tuned. The beds were very comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean and warm. Towels, linen and carpets were fresh and clean. The heating and air-con worked and there was no bad smell anywhere in the room or the hotel. I wish I could have stayed another night!

The location to kings cross
The heat in the room was very very intense. There was no working air conditioning, they did give us a fan but it made no difference and the room was way to hot to be able to sleep and you were becoming sticky with sweat after a couple minutes of stepping into the room. The bathroom had no ventilation so it was like a boiler room you couldn’t stand in it for more than 30 seconds even after coming out a cold shower which had numerous off. We did complain to front desk but they were uninterested and after asking for an extra fan we didn’t hear back from anyone about it. We also said again at check out about it being to hot but they offered no apology or anything like that. They just took the card and said thank you.

Rooms were standard and simple
1st room ac was noisy and water leaking into carpet leaving it sodden to walk on. 2nd room no ac at all. 3rd room had Fly larvae in shower cubicle. Not impressed.
