What was the highlight of Comfort Inn - Kings Cross
Building was air-conditioned. Although we were on the top floor with no elevator the staff was kind enough to carry our heavy luggage. My issue with using the stairs is i was recently unwell and walking the stairs was a struggle. We also like that the room and bath room was “larger” than any of the other 2 properties we stayed on on UK vacation.

What was the highlight of Comfort Inn - Kings Cross
Our only criticism is the room had no air conditioning working and we were provided with 1 fan, but the weather 29 degree heat outside so it was uncomfortable to say the least. Also a standard double bed and used to and would expect a bigger bed.

What was the highlight of Comfort Inn - Kings Cross
Location.
Booking said I would have air conditioning but it was broken...wish I knew in advance. Once the shower went on it was so hot and humid. When I contacted front desk about it they said "it's not working, that's why we put a fan in there". Would not have stayed there if I knew the air conditioning was broken...had an uncomfortable sleep. 1/5 stars.

What was the highlight of Comfort Inn - Kings Cross
The location is brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good with a clean, modernised bathroom.
The rooms are on the small side and the corridors are very small, but it is a very old building.
